Development of New Definite-loading Control System of Hoist

  • 摘要: 针对目前矿井装载控制系统中存在的突出问题 ,介绍了一种新型提升机定重装载控制系统。它采用可编程控制器 (PLC)作为系统的运算控制核心 ,利用液压式压力发生器 ,实现了测量点处无电气量。由于在系统设计时充分考虑了井下控制装置的稳定性、自诊断等实际问题 ,在一定程度上解决了同类系统可靠性较低的缺陷 ,在实际应用中取得了良好效果 ,能够满足煤矿井下长期运行的要求
    Abstract: Aiming at the problems lying in hoist’s load control system of mine, the paper presented a new definite-loading control system of hoist. It utilized hydraulic press transducer and adopted PLC as the core of the system, which realized no electrical quantity at measure point. In the design process, the essential safety and self-diagnostic functions of the system were fully considered, which solved the defect of low reliability in similar system at a certain extent. This system gains good effect in practical application, and can satisfy the demand of long-time running underground mine.
