Low-speed Sensorless Control Technology of PMSM Based on Dual PWM Regulators

  • 摘要: 针对PMSM扩展卡尔曼滤波无传感器控制时低速性能不佳的问题,提出了一种基于双PWM调节的PMSM无传感器低速控制技术。该技术是把逆变器前的直流部分纳入调节范围,依据给定速度及转矩完成直流母线电压的按需调节。借助Matlab/Simulink工具,在同等电压级别输出情况下,对采用双PWM调节器和直流母线电压固定两种情况进行了仿真实验,并在DSPACE 1103系统上对仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明,采用双PWM调节器后,扩展卡尔曼滤波器系统在低速时也能获得良好的控制性能。
    Abstract: In order to improve the poor performance of sensorless control of PMSM using extended Kalman filter at low speed,the paper proposed a novel low-speed sensorless control technology of PMSM based on dual PWM regulators. The technology takes DC part before the inverter into the adjustment range and realizes demand-based regulation of DC bus voltage according to given speed and torque. At the same level of output voltage,the case of using dual PWM regulators and the one of using fixed DC bus voltage were simulated in Matlab/Simulink,and the simulation result was verified by DSPACE 1103 system. The experimental results showed that extended Kalman filter system can get good control performance at low speed by use of dual PWM regulators.
