摘要: 文章分析了永磁同步电动机(PMSM)在d-q坐标系下的数学模型及其矢量控制原理,提出了一种将扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)原理应用于PMSM无传感器控制系统的方法,即在α-β和d-q坐标系下对PMSM的非线性方程进行线性化处理,利用EKF算法对PMSM的转子位置和转速进行实时在线估计,以满足实时控制要求。Matlab/Simulink仿真及dSPACE硬件平台实验结果表明,基于EKF的PMSM无传感器控制系统运行稳定,超调小,动、静态性能良好。Abstract: Mathematical model of permanent magent synchronous motor(PMSM) and its vector control principle in d-q coordinate were analyzed and a method of applying EKF in PMSM sensorless control system was proposed. In α-β and d-p coordinates, nonlinear equations of PMSM were linearized and its rotor position and speed were estimated realtimely by EKF algorithm, so as to satisfy demand of realtime control. The results of Matlab/Simulink simulation and dSPACE hardware platform test showed that the PMSM sensorless control system based on EKF has steady running, small overshoot and perfect dynamic and static performance.
