现场总线本安型防爆系统在煤矿自动化系统中应用的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Application of I.S. Type Explosion-proof System of Field Bus in Automation System of Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 介绍了现场总线本安型防爆系统在石化领域及煤炭生产自动化系统中的应用现状,提出了现场总线本安型防爆系统在我国煤炭生产自动化系统应用中存在的问题,指出现场总线本安型防爆系统应用于我国煤炭生产自动化和通信系统中是可行的,但需制定适合我国煤炭生产的现场总线协议标准,认证方式应由系统认证方式转变成参量认证方式。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced application status of intrinsically safe type explosion-proof system of field bus in automation system of petrochemical and coal industry, pointed out existing problems of application of intrinsically safe type explosion-proof system of field bus in automation system of coal production in China, and indicated that the application of intrinsically safe type explosion-proof system of field bus in automation and communication system of coal production in China is feasible, while it is needed to make protocol standard of field bus which is suitable for coal production of China and change exsited system authentication to parameters authentication.
