胶带保护控制系统在杉木树矿的应用

Application of Belt Protection and Control System in Shanmushu Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对杉木树矿主运煤系统存在无保护、无预警信号、自动化程度低的问题,提出了一种胶带保护控制系统的改造方案;详细介绍了该系统中的监控计算机HMI、PLC控制系统、胶带保护传感器配置、电动机综合保护器监测功能的设计。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,实现了原煤运输的集中监控和保护功能。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of no protection, no pre-warning signal and low automation in main transport system of Shanmushu Coal Mine, the paper proposed a reform scheme of belt protection and control system. It introduced design of HMI of monitoring computer, PLC control system, configuration of belt protection sensor, monitoring function of integrated motor protector in details. The actual application showed that the system runs stably and reliably, which realizes centralized monitoring and protection functions of raw coal transportation.
