Real-time Monitoring System for Microseism Based on LabVIEW

  • 摘要: 针对锡铁山铅锌矿深部地压活动频繁的现状,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的微震实时监测系统的设计方案。该系统采用三分量检波器检测微震信号,通过前置放大电路、滤波电路、NI CRIO-9014嵌入式实时控制器与NI 9201采集模块将信号送入工控机及LabVIEW软件平台进行处理,从而实现微震实时监测及定位功能。实际应用表明,该系统的实时性和准确性满足设计要求,具有一定的可行性。
    Abstract: In view of present situation of frequent activities of deep ground pressure in Lead-zinc Mine of Xitieshan, the paper proposed a design scheme of real-time monitoring system for microseism based on LabVIEW. The system uses three-component geophone to detect microseism signal and transmit the signal to industrial computer and LabVIEW software platform to make process through preamplifier circuit, filtering circuit, NI CRIO-9014 and NI 9201, so as to realize real-time monitoring and location function for microseism. The actual application showed that real-time performance and accuracy of the system meet with design requirements and the system has certain feasibility.
