一种矿用救生舱环境监控装置的设计

Design of an Environment Monitoring and Control Device of Mined-used Lifesaving Cabi

  • 摘要: 针对目前国内矿用救生舱环境监控装置存在协调性差的问题,提出了一种新型矿用救生舱环境监控装置的设计方案;对该装置中的本质安全电源、传感器、监控主机、通信协议等进行了整合设计,提高了整套装置的协调性;对传感器采用了低功耗和抗干扰设计,降低了密闭环境和其它气体对传感器的干扰,提高了装置的稳定性和可操作性。

     

    Abstract: In view of problems of bad coordination existed in current environment monitoring and control device of mine-used lifesaving cabin in China, the paper proposed a new type of design scheme of environment monitoring and control device of mine-used lifesaving cabin. It made a integrated design of intrinsically safe power supply, sensor, monitoring computer and communication protocol of the device to improve coordination; it used design of low power consumption and anti-interference for sensor to reduce interference of closed environment and other gas to sensor and improve stability and operability of the device.
