基于CDMA 1X网络的主通风机远程数据采集系统的设计

摘要: 针对现有通风机数据采集系统存在的问题,提出了一种基于CDMA 1X网络的主通风机远程数据采集系统的设计方案,详细介绍了系统的组成结构及系统数据采集、数据传输和监控中心的设计实现。该系统以PLC为核心,通过采集系统采集温度、风量、风压等参数,再经CDMA数据终端单元、CDMA 1X网络传输采集数据,在监控中心对各数据进行集中显示,实现了风机的实时监控。实际运行结果表明,该系统能够及时监测风机的实时信息,为煤矿通风机的安全运行提供了保障。Abstract: In view of problems of existing data collection system of main ventilator,the paper put forward a design scheme of remote data collection system of main ventilator based on CDMA 1X network.It introduced structure and composition of the system,the design and implementation of data collection,data transmission and the control-center in details.The system takes PLC as core and realizes real-time monitoring of ventilator with processes that data collection system collects data of temperature,air volume,air pressure and others, CDMA DTU and CDMA 1X transmit the data to control-center,and the data is displayed on the control-center.Actual applications showed that the system can monitor real-time information of ventilator rapidly and ensure ventilator safety.
