信息融合技术在变频调速系统故障诊断中的应用

Application of Information Fusion Technology in Fault Diagnosis of Frequency-conversion Speed-regulation System

  • 摘要: 针对变频调速系统中常用的电动机故障诊断方法难以准确判断故障类型的问题,提出了一种基于多传感器信息融合的电动机断条故障诊断方法。该方法通过小波包分析提取电动机断条故障特征信息,然后利用D-S证据理论融合计算故障特征信息以进行故障识别。诊断测试试验表明,该方法提高了电动机故障诊断的精度,并能满足诊断的实时性要求。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem that common method of fault diagnosis of motor in frequency-conversion speed-regulation system is difficult to judge fault type,the paper proposed a diagnosis method for broken-bar fault of motor based on multi-sensor information fusion.The method extracts characteristics information of broken-bar fault of motor by wavelet packet analysis,then uses D-S evidence theory to fuse and calculate characteristic information of fault,so as to identify fault.The experiment of diagnosis test showed that the method improves precision of fault diagnosis of motor and can meet with the require of real-time diagnosis.
