基于模糊免疫PID的精馏塔控制系统设计及实现

Design of Rectifying Tower Control System Based on Fuzzy Immune PID and Its Implementatio

  • 摘要: 精馏塔控制系统是一个多变量控制系统,各变量之间耦合严重,并且具有非线性、大时滞、随机干扰量大的特点,无法获得准确的数学模型,应用传统PID控制不能获得理想的控制效果。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于模糊免疫PID的精馏塔控制系统的设计方案, 给出了控制系统的硬件及上位机软件的实现方法。实验结果表明,与常规PID控制相比,模糊免疫PID控制具有超调小、响应时间短、过渡过程振荡小的特点,增强了精馏塔控制系统的准确性、快速性、稳定性和鲁棒性,大大提高了控制效果。

     

    Abstract: Rectifying tower control system is a multi-variable control system with serious coupling among variables, and has many features such as nonlinearity, big lag time, large amount of random disturbance. It is hard to get an accurate mathematical model of rectifying tower control system and get satisfactory control effect by using traditional PID control. In view of above problems, the paper put forward a design scheme of rectifying tower control system based on fuzzy immune PID. It gave realization ways of hardware and upper computer software of the control system. The experimental result showed that fuzzy immune PID control has features such as smaller overshoots, shorter response time and smaller oscillation of transition process compared with common PID control, enhances accuracy, rapidity, stability and robustness of the rectifying tower control system, and greatly improves control effect.
