基于单片机和DSP的流体设备位置嵌入式控制系统的设计
Design of Embedded Control System of Position of Fluid Equipment Based on Single-chip Microcomputer and DSP

摘要: 流体设备位置控制要求快速而精确的定位性能,而提高快速性与提高定位精度总是存在着矛盾。为解决该问题,提出了一种基于单片机AT89C51和DSP TMS320F2812的流体设备位置嵌入式控制系统的设计方案,详细介绍了系统的硬件及软件设计。实际运行表明,该系统与传统的模拟控制系统相比,具有响应速度快、实时性强、功耗低等特点。Abstract: Position control of fluid equipment requires rapid and high accuracy positioning performance,but there are contradiction between rapidity and positioning accuracy.In order to solve the problem,the paper proposed a design scheme of embedded control system of position of fluid equipment based on single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 and DSP TMS320F2812.It introduced design of hardware and software of the system in details.The actual running showed that the system has performance of quick response speed,strong real-time and low power comparing with the traditional analog control system.
