基于S3C2440的矿井智能水位监测仪的设计

Design of Intelligent Water Level Monitor of Mine Based on S3C2440

  • 摘要: 针对目前矿井水位监测存在测量点多、观测人员少、工作量大、实时性要求高、人为误差大等问题,介绍了一种基于S3C2440的矿井智能水位监测仪的设计方案。该智能水位监测仪采用PTP601投入式液位传感器测量矿井不同位置观测点的水位数据,采集的数据经S3C2440处理、存储后,可在现场LCD上显示,也可通过RS485总线发送至矿井水位监测系统的上位机进行实时显示、分析及预报警。实际运行结果表明,该矿井智能水位监测仪实时性好、可靠性高。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of multi measured points, lack of measuring workers, huge workload, high requirement of real-time and large man-made error in water level monitoring of mine at present, a design scheme of intelligent water level monitor of mine based on S3C2440 was introduced. The monitor measures water level of different measured points by use of PTP601 submerged liquid level sensor. The collected data can be displayed on LCD at field after being processed and stored by S3C2440, and can be transmitted through RS485 to upper computer of monitoring system for mine water level to be displayed real-timely and analyzed for early alarming. The actual running result showed that the intelligent water level monitor of mine has good real-time and high reliability.
