井下胶带输送机自适应控制系统的设计

Design of Adaptive Control System of Belt Conveyor of Coal Mine Underground

  • 摘要: 针对王庄煤矿胶带输送机系统存在胶带输送机无煤空转的问题,提出了一种井下胶带输送机自适应控制系统的设计方案。该系统由PLC采集本级和前级胶带输送机4台驱动电动机的负载电流信号,经控制软件处理,动态预测出胶带输送机的负荷大小,然后根据负荷大小输出控制频率信号,控制变频器以相应的频率驱动胶带输送机,使胶带输送机以最佳速度运行。试验结果表明,该系统明显减少了胶带输送机的空载损耗,节省了电能。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of idle motion of belt conveyor existed in belt conveyor system of Wangzhuang Coal Mine, a design scheme of adaptive control system of belt conveyor of coal mine underground was proposed. Load current signals of four driving motors of present stage and pre-stage belt conveyors are collected by PLC and load of belt conveyor was forecasted dynamically after the signals are processed by control software, then control frequency signal is output according to the load, which controls frequency converter to drive belt conveyor with corresponding frequency, so as to make belt conveyor run with the best speed. The test result showed that the system can reduce no-load loss of belt conveyor obviously and save electric energy.
