基于CAN总线的煤矿瓦斯与环境监测系统设计

Design of Monitoring System of Gas and Environment of Coal Mine Based on CAN Bus

  • 摘要: 针对传统的井下瓦斯监测因采用人工检测方式而导致非实时性及易出错等问题,结合井下生产环境复杂、传输距离长、监测范围广的特点,提出了一种基于CAN总线的煤矿瓦斯与环境监测系统的设计方案。该系统以AT89S52单片机为下位机系统核心,利用单总线及多传感器技术对井下温度、风速、瓦斯浓度等多种环境参数进行自动监测,并通过CAN总线将数据实时传送给上位机。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的稳定性、可靠性和抗干扰能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of non-real time and higher error rate caused by artificial detecting mode of traditional gas monitoring methods of coal mine underground, the paper put forward a design scheme of monitoring system of gas and environment of coal mine based on CAN bus according to characteristics of complex production environment, long transmission distance and wide monitoring range in coal mine. The system takes AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer as core of lower computer system and can automatically monitor environment parameters of temperature, wind speed and gas concentration of underground by use of technologies of 1-wire bus and multi-sensor, then real-timely transmits the parameters to upper computer through CAN bus. The experimental result showed that the system has high stability, reliability and anti-interference ability.
