防爆柴油机车状态监测平台可靠性研究

Research of Reliability of Status Monitoring Platform of Explosion-proof Diesel Locomotive

  • 摘要: 分析了影响防爆柴油机车状态监测平台可靠性的现场环境因素,即温度高、湿度大、车体震动,指出了相应的解决措施;提出了在防爆柴油机车状态监测平台开发过程中需要注意的事项,包括采取冗余方式、电源抗干扰措施、保护电路等硬件方式和增加“看门狗”程序、故障诊断功能、冗余指令等软件方式。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzed field environment factors which influence reliability of status monitoring platform of explosion-proof diesel locomotive including high temperature, high humidity and body vibration of locomotive and pointed out corresponding resolution methods. It also put forward items needed pay attention to in development process of status monitoring platform of explosion-proof diesel locomotive, including hardware methods of using redundancy method, anti-interference measures of power supply and protection circuit and software methods of adding watchdog program, fault diagnosis function and redundancy command.
