Abstract: In order to realize pre-identification, pre-evaluation and effective management for risk of coal mine safety, the paper proposed a design scheme of risk pre-control management information system of coal mine safety. It introduced process of risk pre-control management and functions of function modules of the system by taking risk pre-control management information system of coal mine safety in intrinsically safe management system of Antaibao Opencast Coal Mine as an example. The actual application showed that the system provides advanced and reliable management means for realizing safety target of coal mine.
