矿井提升机闸盘检测系统的改造

Reform of Detection System of Discal Brake of Mine Hoist

  • 摘要: 针对GCTP-ZP01闸盘检测系统采用机械开关检测闸盘磨损和弹簧疲劳度,存在系统灵敏性差的问题,提出了一种基于嵌入式组态软件和S7-200 PLC的GCTP-ZP01闸盘检测系统的改造方案;详细介绍了改造后系统的硬件及软件设计。实际应用表明,改造后的系统结构简单、可靠性高、维修方便。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of bad sensitivity existed in GCTP-ZP01 detection system of discal brake which uses mechanical switch to detect wear of discal brake and drowsiness of spring, the paper proposed a reform scheme of GCTP-ZP01 detection system of discal brake based on embedded configuration software and S7-200 PLC. It introduced design of hardware and software of the reformed system in details. The actual application showed that the reformed system has characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and convenient maintenance.
