选煤厂自动化集成平台的设计

Design of Integrated Automation Platform of Coal Preparation Plant

  • 摘要: 针对红树梁煤矿选煤厂各智能控制子系统数据在异构条件下难以整合的问题,提出了一种自动化集成平台的设计方案。该方案采用一定的方法将各智能控制子系统集成到自动化集成平台中,从而实现数据的综合分析及实时统计、评估;集控室人员实时监测和控制生产环节的主要设备,从而实现全厂的数据采集、生产调度、决策指挥的信息化。实际应用表明,该平台运行稳定、可靠,提高了选煤厂的生产信息管理水平。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem that it is difficult to integrate data of each intelligent control subsystem of Coal Preparation Plant of Hongshuliang Coal Mine under heterogeneous condition, the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated automation platform. The scheme integrates each intelligent control subsystem into the platform by some methods, so as to realize comprehensive analysis and real-time statistics and evaluation of data; personnel of central control room monitors and controls main equipments of production real-timely and evaluation, so as to realize informatization of data collection, production scheduling and decision-making and command. The actual application showed that the platform runs stably and reliably, which impoves information management level of production of coal preparation plant.
