高可靠性矿用分站的设计

Design of Mine-used Substation with High Reliability

  • 摘要: 矿用分站与传感器之间大多采用模拟信号传输方式,极易受井下电磁干扰的影响,降低了煤矿安全监控系统的稳定性和可靠性。针对上述问题,设计了一种与传感器之间采用数字传输方式的高可靠性矿用分站,详细介绍了该分站的结构、硬件及软件设计。测试结果表明,该分站通过了《AQ 6201—2006 煤矿安全监控系统通用技术条件》中规定的抗干扰性能试验,具有较强的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Most mine-used substations use analog signal transmission mode to communicate with sensors. The transmission mode is easily influenced by electromagnetic interference of coal mine underground, which would reduce stability and reliability of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine. To solve the problem, a mine-used substation with high reliability was designed which uses digital transmission mode to communicate with sensors. Structure and design of hardware and software of the substation were introduced in details. The test result showed that the substation passed anti-interference performance test regulated by AQ 6201-2006 General Specification of Safety Monitoring and Control System of Coal Mine and has higher stability.
