Design of On-line Detector for Content of Magnetic Material in Iron Ore Slurry

摘要: 采用螺管式电感线圈作为检测探头设计了一种在线式矿浆磁性物含量检测仪,介绍了该仪器的构成、工作原理及软件设计等。该仪器可以实时观察磁性物含量的变化,提高了选矿效率;采用数字电路,抗干扰能力强、精度高,便于与其它设备整合。经试验检测,该检测仪可以提供精度达到0.5%的数据。Abstract: An on-line detector for content of magnetic material in iron ore slurry was designed by use of solenoid inductance coil as detecting probe.The composition,working principle and software design of the detector were introduced.The detector can real-timely monitor change of content of magnetic material in iron ore slurry and improve efficiency of mineral separation,which also has characteristics of high anti-interference and accuracy and is easy to integrate other equipments because of using digital circuit.The test result showed that the detector can provide data at 0.5% accuracy.
