Abstract: A fault diagnosis system of electric control for a large-scale electromechanical incorporate equipment was designed in the article, which could be linked to the equipment rapidly, communicate with fault place by Ethernet, and simulate all kinds of state signal of the tested parts. Fuzzy reasoning was used in the fault diagnosis program. The system can locate fault at a single-board quickly.
