TYSC-3Q型数字测井仪数据通信接口的改进

Improvement on Data Communication Interface of TYSC-3Q Digital Well Logging Instrument

  • 摘要: TYSC-3Q型数字测井仪是煤炭行业、核工业进行精确物探的主要设备,在数据采集过程中,它和微机的数据传输采用并行接口。实际测井中该设备时常出现故障。文章通过分析TYSC-3Q型数字测井仪接口卡的工作原理和存在的问题,深入研究了它和微型计算机进行数据通信的时序,利用单片机技术,从软硬件两个方面讨论并提出了采用RS232串行接口替换原接口卡的实现方案。

     

    Abstract: The TYSC-3Q digital well logging instrument is the main equipment to exactly explore in the coal industry and nuclear industry. In the process of data collection, it uses parallel interface to communicate with PC. Malfunction appeared frequently in actual exploring. Based on the analysis of the principle and exsisting problems of the TYSC-3Q digital well logging instument, the sequence of data communicating with PC was studied deeply, and reformed scheme was proposed by using SCM technology, in which the original interface card was replaced by RS232 serial interface.
