基于N∶N网络的多电机同步控制系统研究

Study on Synchronous Control System of Multi-motor Based on N∶N Network

  • 摘要: 文章首先讨论了同步控制系统的重要性,进而在此基础上提出了基于可编程控制器FX2N的N∶N网络通信系统的多电机同步控制系统,给出了该控制系统的硬件结构,提出了优化的PID算法。实践证明该控制系统具有快速的动态响应、超调小和良好的同步控制性能。

     

    Abstract: This article discussed the importance of synchronous control system in industry. Then it put forward a synchronous control system of multi-motor based on N∶N network communication system by FX2N programmable controller. The relevant hardware and software were showed. Especially optimizing PID algorithm was given. Practice proved that the system has rapid dynamic response, little overshoot and high accuracy.
