Research of KWYJ-1 Automatic Integration System of Measurment of Gas Pressure

  • 摘要: 传统的瓦斯压力测定仪采用指针式压力表测定瓦斯压力,提供的只是静态数据,不能记录和观察连续变化的动态压力数据。文章介绍了一种采用先进的计算机和仪表技术设计的瓦斯压力数字信息集成系统,该系统可实现瓦斯压力测定的自动化,具有稳定性好、可靠性高、维护方便等特点。该系统还可用于研究煤层中瓦斯的流动规律,对预防瓦斯事故具有重要意义。
    Abstract: Traditional gas pressure calcimetre adopts pointer type pressure meter to measure gas pressure, but it only provides static data, and could not record and observe dynamic pressure data continuously. The paper introduced a digital information integration system of gas pressure by advanced computer and apparatus technology. The system can realize automation for measurement of gas pressure,and has characteristics of strong stability, high reliability and convenient maintenance. The system can be used to study the flowing rule of gas in coal bed too, which is important for us to prevent gas accident.
