嵌入式电牵引采煤机黑匣子的设计

Design of Embedded Black Box of Electrical Haulage Shearer

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下采煤机的工作环境及其特点,介绍了一种采用ARM微处理器设计的嵌入式电牵引采煤机黑匣子的软、硬件设计方案。该黑匣子用于记录采煤机的运行数据以及环境参数,对电牵引采煤机故障诊断系统的建立及采煤机的可靠性和可维护性的提高具有重要的作用。实际应用结果表明,该黑匣子性能可靠,能够满足应用要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of working environment and characteristics of shearer of coal mine underground,a design scheme of hardware and software of embedded black box of electrical haulage shearer was proposed,which was designed by use of ARM microprocessor.The black box is used for recording running data and working environment parameters of the shearer,and has important effect to establish fault diagnosis system of electrical haulage shearer and improve reliability and maintainability of electrical haulage shearer.The actual application showed that the black box has reliable performance and can meet applying requirements.
