  • 摘要: 自适应应变检测系统采用一种能够自动调整输入电桥平衡的设计技术,即利用嵌入式器件ARMS3C4510B调节数字电位器对桥式输入电路进行自动平衡调节,以实现自适应校零,从而提高测量的精度。该系统同时能够根据具体输入信号的大小自适应调整放大器的放大倍数,以实现对不同范围的输入信号采用不同的放大倍数,从而确保信号在1/21满量程范围内。

     

    Abstract: The self-adaptation detection system of strain adopted a design technology that can adjust balance of input bridge automatically,which used ARMS3C4510B to adjust digital potentiometer, so as to realize self-adaptation zeroing and improve detection precision. In addition, according to the value of input signal, this system could adjust amplification of amplifier adaptively so that the different amplification was adopted for input signal in different range, which could ensure the signal value was in 1/2~1 full range.
