增大CAN总线传输距离的分析与测试

Analysis and Testing of Improving Transmission Distance of CAN Bus

  • 摘要: CAN总线是支持分布式控制及实时控制的串行通信网络,因其通信的波特率可高达1 Mbps和最远传输距离可达10 km以上,在工业领域应用广泛。但在实际系统中,CAN总线的传输距离往往达不到理论值。文章针对该问题,结合实际系统,分析影响传输性能的各种因素,并提出了几种提高CAN实际通信距离的方法。

     

    Abstract: The CAN Bus is a serial communication system which supports distributed control and real time control. It is spread out in industry field because its 1 Mbps transmission speed and over 10 km distance. But in real system, it’s performance isn’t ideal. Aiming at this problem and combining an actual system, various factors affecting transmission capability were analyzed. The methods improved actual communication distance of CAN Bus was put forward.
