Abstract: Aiming at the existing defect of monitoring and control system of safety and production in mine enterprises, the paper put forward a whole design scheme of a new model monitoring and control system of safety and production, introduced the composing, charaterristics of the system, expounded the design and implementation of decision support system of mine safety based on Web Services. It pointed out the new solution scheme based on Web Services is development trend of decision support system of mine safety, which integrated data warehouse, on-line analysis and data excavation.
