一种模糊推理算法在矿用胶带机火灾探测中的应用

Application of a Fuzzy Inference Algorithm in Fire Detection of Mine-used Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 文章提出了一种利用模糊推理算法,将温度和一氧化碳(CO)浓度2个参数作为系统输入,根据一定的模糊规则表与推理规则进行运算,并依据重心法去模糊化,得到胶带输送机火灾发生级别的方法。仿真结果表明,当报警门限取0.5时,系统可在胶带燃烧134 s时开始报警,实现了对胶带输送机火灾的极早期报警。

     

    Abstract: Using a fuzzy inference algorithm,the paper put forward a method which took temperature and dense of carbon monoxide as two parameters to detect fire level of belt conveyor according to certain fuzzy rules table and inference rules and using barycenter method to fuzzify. The simulation result showed that when 0.5 is regard as alarm threshold, the system would alarm after belt conveyor fire took placed about 134 s.So it realized early forecast for belt conveyor fire.
