Communication between S7-200 PLC and Intelligent Remote Receiver Used in Coal Mine Based on Modbus Protocol

  • 摘要: 介绍了Modbus协议的特点,分析了S7-200 PLC Modbus RTU主站协议库,确定了采掘设备控制器S7-200 PLC与矿用智能遥控接收机的数据通信采用Modbus RTU协议,实现了采掘设备与遥控装置的双向通信。应用结果表明,以S7-200 PLC为主站的Modbus通信,传输数据准确可靠,效果良好。
    Abstract: The characteristics of Modbus protocol were introduced, and the protocol libraries of Mod- bus RTU master were analyzed.It made sure that Modbus RTU protocol was adopted in data transmission between S7-200 PLC and intelligent remote receiver used in coal mine, and realized intercommunication between equipment for excavation and remote device. The application indicated that Modbus communication took S7-200 PLC as master has reliability in data transmission and good effect.
