基于PLC的多机驱动带式输送机控制系统的硬件设计

Hardware Design of Control System of Belt Conveyor Driven by Multi-motor Based on PLC

  • 摘要: 文章在分析多机驱动带式输送机工作原理及控制要求的基础上,设计了基于PLC的多机驱动带式输送机控制系统。详细介绍了该控制系统的硬件配置和控制方案、传感器与执行器的选型,解决了信号的安全隔离、大功率阀的驱动和防爆等技术问题。现场实验表明:该系统具有安全可靠、使用灵活、功能强大等特点。

     

    Abstract: In the basis of analysis of the working principle and control demand of belt conveyor(driven) by multi-motor,a control system of belt conveyor driven by multi-motor based on PLC was designed in the paper.The hardware configuration and control scheme,the selection of sensors and actuators of thecontrol system were introduced in(detail.)And the technological problems such as(signal’s) security(insula-) tion,starting and flame-proof of high-power valve were solved.The practical experiment showed that the system has characteristics such as safe reliability,flexible use and powerful functions.
