基于DSP与ARM的煤矿设备振动监测系统设计

Design of Vibration Monitoring System of Coal Mine Equipments Based on DSP and ARM

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿设备振动监测中常用的采集卡与工控机方案成本高、体积大、灵活性差的问题,介绍了一种以TMS320C6713B DSP和LPC2468 ARM双CPU为核心,结合高速AD转换芯片、双口RAM等硬件组成的煤矿设备振动监测系统的设计方案。该系统利用DSP对采集的大容量振动数据进行频谱和包络谱分析处理,采用ARM实现参数设置、数据存储与传输等功能。试验结果表明,该系统的振动测试误差小于5%,且满足煤矿设备振动监测的实时性要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of high cost, large volume and poor flexibility of collecting card and IPC scheme commonly used in vibration monitoring of coal mine equipments, the paper introduced a design scheme of vibration monitoring system of coal mine equipments which takes dual-CPU of TMS320C6713B DSP and LPC2468 ARM as core and combines with AD converter and dual-port RAM. The system uses DSP to analyze spectrum and Hilbert spectrum of collected vibration signal, and ARM to realize functions of parameter configuration, data storage and data transmission. The experiment result showed that the system's error of vibration test is less than 5% and can meet with real-time requirement of vibration monitoring of coal mine equipments.
