Abstract: The paper proposed a scheme of chopping cascade speed-regulation of wound rotor asynchronous motor of mine hoist,which replacing by rotor series resistance speed-regulation.It introduced structure,principle and selection of parameters of chopping cascade speed-regulation system in details,and gave simulation result at last.The scheme could improve speed-regulation performance of mine hoist and save 25 percents of electrical energy.
