基于C7-636的悬臂式掘进机截割过程可视化监控系统

Visualization Monitoring System of Cutting Process of Boom Miner Based on C7-636

  • 摘要: 为解决掘进机在工作过程中粉尘大、操作者看不清截割头的实际位置而造成欠挖和超挖的问题,文章设计了一种基于C7-636的掘进机截割过程可视化监控系统,详细介绍了系统组成及可视化截割过程监控界面的实现,并给出了系统软件设计。该系统显示的曲线和数据,可为操作者提供实时信息,以减小掘进机在实际开凿巷道过程中的超挖与欠挖现象,提高施工质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the more dust in working process and the operator can’t see clearly the(cutting) header’s physical location to cause less dig and over dig,the paper designed a visuali-(zation) monitoring system of cutting process of boom miner based on C7-636,introduced system compo-(sition) and implementation of visualization monitoring interface of cutting process in details,and gave(design) of system software.Displayed curve and data of the system could provide real-time information for operator,which could reduce the phenomenon of less dig and over dig in the process of digging tunnel and improve construction quality of the tunnel.
