Underground Gas Monitoring and Control System with CAN Bus Based on ARM

  • 摘要: 根据井下瓦斯监控系统在实时性、可靠性方面的要求,文章提出了一种基于ARM的CAN总线井下瓦斯监控系统的设计方案,详细介绍了系统硬件、软件设计,以及CAN总线接口设计,并给出了瓦斯数据采集、CAN总线通信等部分的程序流程。实验表明,该系统结构简单,具有较强的实时性和可靠性。
    Abstract: According to demands of gas monitoring and control system of coal mine underground on the side of real-time and reliability,the paper proposed a design scheme of underground gas monitoring and control system with CAN bus based on ARM,introduced design of hardware and software of the system and design of CAN bus interface in details.It also gave program flow of gas data collection and CAN bus communication.The experiment indicated that the system has simple structure and higher real-time and reliability.
