基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的矿用钢丝性能智能检测系统

Intelligent Detection System of Performance of Mine-used Steel Wire Based on PROFIBUS-DP Bus

  • 摘要: 针对目前检测矿用钢丝性能参数存在检测误差大、检测效率低和数据不便管理等弊端,文章提出了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的矿用钢丝性能检测系统的设计方法,介绍了该系统的硬件组成、软件设计及系统特点。该系统采用三层网络结构实现对钢丝拉断装置的监视和控制,通过组态软件WinCC和数据库完成对钢丝性能参数的计算与统计,提高了系统的检测精度,具有一定的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the shortages of performance detection of mine-used steel wire such as more error, low efficiency and bad management of data, the paper put forward a design method of steel wire performance detection system. It introduced hardware configuration, software design and characteristics of the system. The system used three network layers to monitor and control steel wire snap equipment, and adopted configuration software WinCC and database to realize computing and statistic steel wire performance parameters, which improved detection precision of the system. The system has certain application value.
