基于DSP的4~20mA电流环的设计

Design of 4~20 mA Current Loop Based on DSP

  • 摘要: 针对420 mA电流环的抗干扰特性,以及DSP的实时信号处理和强大的复杂算法处理能力、其丰富的片内外设及I/O口特性,文章提出了一种基于DSP的420 mA电流环的设计方案,介绍了该电流环的基本组成、DSP的应用以及PID控制策略,并给出了一个基于DSP的420 mA电流环的设计实例。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at anti-disturbance characteristics of 4~20 mA current loop, and ability of real-time signal processing and complicated algorithm processing of DSP, and DSP’s abundant on-chip external devices and characteristics of I/O interface, the paper presented a kind of design scheme of 4~20 mA current loop based on DSP, and introduced basic composition of this current loop, application of DSP and control strategy of PID. It also gave a design example of 4~20 mA current loop based on DSP.
