Abstract: The paper presented a design scheme of remote video monitoring system based on PC-board card controlled by distributed transmitting platform, expounded functions and characteristics of the digital video monitoring system, and introduced general structure of hardware, general design idea of software platform of the system,and key technologies, etc.
