新型双PWM变频器一体化控制研究

Research of Integrative Control of a New Type of Dual-PWM Converter

  • 摘要: 传统的双PWM变频调速控制系统其整流和逆变环节的控制是相互独立的,从而使直流侧电容容量过大,导致整个装置体积增大、可靠性降低等问题。文章采用空间矢量PWM(SVPWM)控制策略对整流器和逆变器进行一体化控制,解决了上述问题。同时,为减小干扰,提高系统的可靠性,文章采用双DSP主从结构方式,将变频器的控制环节与驱动环节分离,控制器远离功率放大器主电路以减小干扰,而驱动部分紧挨主电路以缩短门极驱动线。实验结果证明了这种控制方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The rectifying link and the inversion link is mutually independent in traditional dual-PWM frequency-conversion and speed-regulation control system, so the capacity of capacitance of DC side is bigger which can cause problems such as big size of the device and low reliability. The paper adopted integrative control for rectifier and inverter with SVPWM control strategy, which could solve the above problems.At the same time, in order to reduce interference and improve reliability of the system, the paper adopted master-slave structure mode of dual-DSP, which separated the control link and the drive link of converter as well as the main circuit of power amplifier far from the controller and close to the drive circuit. The experimental results proved the feasibility of this control method.
