新型矿用智能红外吸收瓦斯传感器的研究

Research of a New Type of Intelligent Infrared Absorption Gas Sensor Used in Mine

  • 摘要: 针对传统矿用瓦斯传感器的缺点,文章设计了一种基于红外光谱吸收原理的新型瓦斯传感器,介绍了红外吸收检测原理,阐述了红外吸收瓦斯传感器的组成,并给出了瓦斯浓度值的标定和计算方法。实验结果表明,由红外吸收瓦斯传感器测量的浓度值与实际值之间的误差达到了煤安验证的要求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional gas sensor used in mine,the paper designed a new type of gas sensor based on principle of infrared ray absorption. It introduced detection principle of infrared absorption, expounded composition of infrared absorption gas sensor. It also gave calculating method for concentration value of gas.Experimental result showed that the error between concentration value measured by infrared absorption gas sensor and actual value achieved demands of coal safety verification.
