平煤五矿网络化提升机电控系统的改造

Reform of Networked Electric Control System of Hoister of the Fifth Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group

  • 摘要: 平煤五矿主提升机原电控系统采用老式继电器、接触器控制,控制方式落后且老化严重,亟需改造。文章结合平煤五矿的特点,对3种可行的改造方案的优劣进行了分析,并给出了适合该矿的具体改造方案,重点分析了网络化电控系统改造的几个重点环节。

     

    Abstract: Electric control system of main hoister of the fifth coal mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group adopted relay-contactor control method,which was backward and serious aging, needed to be reformed immediately. According to the characteristics of the coal mine, the paper provided three reforming methods and analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of the reforming methods, gave the best reforming method for the coal mine. It also analyzed several important segments of reforming of networked control system.
