Application of Networked Virtual Instrument Technology in Coal Mine Monitoring System

  • 摘要: 针对现有煤矿监测系统在信息传输过程中存在的问题,文章提出了采用网络化虚拟仪器和现场总线技术对其进行改造的方案。改造后的煤矿监测系统通过CAN智能检测节点、CAN接口卡传输监测信息到测量服务器,采用LabVIWE编制虚拟仪器系统,对监测数据进行分析处理,实现了监测信息的共享和控制信息的反馈与传输。
    Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of coal mine monitoring system in process of information transmission at present,the paper put forward a scheme of using technology of networked virtual instrument and CAN bus to improve the system.The improved coal mine monitoring system transmitted moni-toring information to detection server by CAN intelligent detection node and CAN interface card,and built up virtual instrument system by LabVIEW in order to analyze and process the monitoring data.The system realized sharing of monitoring information and feedback and transmitting of control information.
