基于ATmega64L的煤层瓦斯压力监测仪的研制

Development of Coal-seam Gas Pressure Monitor Based on ATmega64L

  • 摘要: 针对传统瓦斯压力测定仪无法实时准确记录瓦斯压力的问题,文章设计了一种基于ATmega64L的高性能、低功耗的煤层瓦斯压力监测仪,给出了该瓦斯压力监测仪的软、硬件结构,并详细介绍了其供电电源、瓦斯压力测量、数据存储部分的电路和节电功能设计,以及压力测量功能模块的实现。该监测仪体积小、重量轻、操作简便,能够实现瓦斯压力的在线监测,同时该监测仪系统电路采用低功耗和本安设计,能够在不更换电池的情况下在井下长时间可靠地工作。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that traditional gas pressure monitor couldn’t record gas pressure(exactly) and real-timely,the paper designed a coal-seam gas pressure monitor based on ATmega64L with high performance and low-power.It gave software and hardware structure of the gas pressure monitor,and (introduced) circuit design of power supply,gas pressure measuring and data storage,design of power saving and implementation of pressure measuring module.The monitor had small size,light weight and simple operation and could realize gas pressure monitoring on line.Meanwhile,circuit of the monitor was low-power and intrinsic safety so that it could work reliably for long time without replacing battery.
