摘要: 文章详细介绍了一种以INTEL 80C196MC单片机为控制芯片的智能软启动器同步电路的硬件设计、相序检测原理以及软件实现。该电路利用单片机的捕获功能实现了三相电过零时刻的捕获,既实现了相序检测,又为80C196MC的波形发生器软件编制PWM波提供了基准时刻。实际应用表明,该电路运行良好。Abstract: The paper introduced hardware design,principle of phase sequence measurement and software realization of synchronous circuit of an intelligent soft starter taking INTEL 80C196MC as control chip.The circuit realized three-phase electric capturing at zero moment by capturing function of single-chip microcomputer,which could realize phase sequence measurement and provide a benchmark moment for wave form generator of 80C196MC programing PWM waves.The actual application showed the circuit ran well.
