雾化与水浴混合加湿实验装置研制

Research and development of mixing humidification experimental device of atomization and water bath

  • 摘要: 现有用于空气湿度与煤低温氧化规律的加湿装置基本采用单一加湿方法,加湿精度较低,加湿变化范围较小,未完全实现自动化加湿。针对以上问题,基于热湿交换原理,提出了水浴和高压雾化相结合的混合加湿方法,研制了雾化和水浴混合加湿实验装置。该装置通过水浴和雾化分步联合进行加湿,空气通过进气管进入箱体与装置底部的水接触,实现水浴加湿;水浴加湿后的空气从水面出来后继续与箱体内经过高压雾化的水雾接触,从而实现高压雾化加湿。装置出气口处装有湿度控制器,湿度控制器根据需要可以进行不同相对湿度的设置,能够对装置内的空气进行实时检测,从而实现空气加湿的精准控制。水浴和高压雾化相结合的混合加湿方法既缩短了空气加湿时间,又扩大了装置的湿度调节范围,实现了不同范围的加湿需求。

     

    Abstract: The existing humidification device for air humidity and low temperature oxidation of coal basically adopts a single humidification method,which has low humidification accuracy,small humidification range and incomplete automatic humidification. In view of the above problems,based on the heat and humidity exchange principle,a mixing humidification method combining with water bath and high pressure atomization was proposed,and a mixing humidification experimental device of atomization and water bath was developed. The device realizes humidification by water bath and atomization step by step. The air enters the box through inlet pipe and contacts with water at the bottom of the device to realize water bath humidification. After the humidification of water bath,the air comes out from the water and continues to contact with the water mist in the box after high-pressure atomization,thus realizing high-pressure atomization and humidification. The air outlet of the device is equipped with a humidity controller,which can set different relative humidity according to the needs,and can detect the air in the device in real-time,so as to achieve accurate control of air humidification. The mixing humidification method of water bath and high pressure atomization not only shortens the humidification time of the air,but also enlarges the humidity regulation range of the device,so as to realize the humidification needs of different ranges.
