Research on automatic loading device of durability test of internal injection type single prop

  • 摘要: 为解决内注式单体支柱耐久性能试验过程中人工加载和卸载存在劳动强度大、效率低等问题,研制了一套内注式单体支柱耐久性能试验自动加载装置。该装置利用工控机测控软件控制伺服电动机及减速器驱动加载工装旋转,通过伺服电动机驱动器实现内注式单体支柱的升柱及降柱操作,自动控制支柱的加载过程;通过伺服电动机驱动卸载手柄实现支柱卸载、降柱动作;并对电动机加载速度、扭矩、位置等进行精确控制,防止加载机构过载、堵转等情况发生。测试结果表明,该装置控制精度高、加载速度快、性能稳定可靠,提升了内注式单体支柱耐久性能试验的自动化水平。
    Abstract: In order to solve problems of large labor intensity and low efficiency existed in durability test process of internal injection type single prop with manual loading and unloading method, a set of automatic loading device of durability test of internal injection type single prop was developed. The device uses measurement and control software for industrial personal computer to control servo motor and speed reducer to drive load tooling rotate, realizes operation of lifting and falling prop of internal injection type single prop by the servo motor driver, and automatically control loading process of the prop; uses the servo motor to drive unloading handle to achieve operation of unloading and falling prop. The device can also realize precise control of load speed, torque, position of the motor to prevent overload and locked-rotor of loading mechanism. The test results show that the control device has high control accuracy, fast loading speed, stable and reliable performance, which improves automation level of durability test of the internal injection type single prop.
