煤矿高压电缆局部放电脉冲信号去噪研究

Research on partial discharge pulse signal denoising of high voltage cable in coal mine

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿高压电缆局部放电脉冲信号易被井下噪声干扰从而影响绝缘监测准确性的问题,提出采用小波熵空域相关算法对信号进行去噪。该算法选用小波熵的大小作为噪声能量阈值,通过改变阈值大小来调节局部放电脉冲信号与噪声之间的相关性,进而识别并去除噪声。实验室模拟实验及现场测试结果表明,该算法不仅减小了将噪声误判为信号的可能性,而且可以很好地消除各尺度系数中的干扰,很好地保留了局部放电脉冲信号的完整性,提高了煤矿高压电缆在线绝缘监测的准确性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that partial discharge pulse signal of high voltage cable in coal mine is easily interfered by underground noise and impacts on accuracy of insulation monitoring, wavelet entropy spatial correlation algorithm was proposed for partial discharge pulse signal denoising. In the algorithm, value of wavelet entropy is used as threshold of noise energy, and correlation between partial discharge pulse signal and noise is adjusted by changing threshold, and then the noise is distinguished and removed. The laboratory experiment and field test results show that the algorithm not only reduces the possibility of misjudging noise as a signal, but also can eliminate the interference in every scale coefficients well, keep the integrity of the partial discharge pulse signal well and improve the accuracy of on-line insulation monitoring of coal mine high voltage cable.
