钢丝绳芯输送带接头抽动检测方法

Detection method of joint twitching of steel cord conveyor belt

  • 摘要: 针对目前钢丝绳芯输送带接头抽动检测方法存在准确率低、自适应差等问题,提出了一种基于X射线图像的钢丝绳芯输送带接头抽动检测方法。首先采用基于Retinex理论的图像增强方法对钢丝绳芯输送带X射线图像进行增强,然后利用Sobel边缘检测算子检测接头边缘并提取接头边缘的质心作为接头点,接着对分层后的接头点进行直线拟合,最后根据相邻接头之间夹的钢丝绳根数对当前采集图像与参考图像的接头进行匹配,比较匹配接头点到各自联合拟合直线的距离,若距离差大于一定的阈值则表明接头抽动。测试结果表明,该方法接头识别率高,能够精确检测出接头抽动。

     

    Abstract: For low accuracy and poor adaptability existed in current detection methods of joint twitching of steel cord conveyor belt, a detection method of joint twitching of steel cord conveyor belt based on X-ray image was proposed. Firstly, X-ray image is enhanced by use of image enhancement method based on Retinex theory. Then joint edge is detected by Sobel edge detection operator so as to extract centroid of the joint edge as joint point, and the joint points divided into different levels are fitted linearly. Finally, joints of current image and reference image are matched according to number of steel wire rope between adjacent joints, and distances from the matching joints to the corresponding fitting lines are compared. Joint twitching is detected according to whether the distance difference is larger than a certain threshold value. The test results show that the method can detect joint twitching accurately with high joint recognition rate.
