煤矿安全监控系统联网报警数据甄别技术

Networking alarm data screening technology of coal mine safety monitoring and control system

  • 摘要: 分析了煤矿安全监控系统联网报警数据类型;针对报警数据中真伪数据同存的问题,提出了煤矿安全监控系统联网报警数据甄别技术,介绍了监控设备误报警自动识别,传感器调校、“三闭锁”断电试验数据自动识别,传感器故障数据自动识别,人工实测与传感器监测数据对比分析,面域传感器识别等关键技术;开发了煤矿安全监控系统联网报警数据甄别平台,并通过实例验证了该平台能够提高安全监控系统报警的准确率。

     

    Abstract: Networking alarm data types of coal mine safety monitoring and control system were analyzed. For coexisting problem of real alarm data and pseudo alarm data, a networking alarm data screening technology of coal mine safety monitoring and control system was proposed, and some key technologies were expounded including automatic identification of false alarm data of monitoring devices, automatic identification of sensor calibration data and breaking test data of three locking, automatic identification of sensor fault data, contrasting and analysis of real testing data by human and monitoring data, sensor identification in plane domain, etc. A networking alarm data screening platform of coal mine safety monitoring and control system was developed. The application result shows the platform can improve alarming accuracy rate of safety monitoring and control system.
