Abstract:
In view of poor real-time performance and complex wiring existed in traditional operating condition monitoring of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment, a mine-used intrinsically safe equipment monitoring substation based on wireless communication was developed in accordance with requirements of coal mine safety certification. Structure, intrinsically safe hardware circuit design, shell protection design and software implementation of the monitoring substation were introduced. The monitoring substation can realize multi-channel vibration and temperature signal acquisition and wireless transmission of mine-used equipment, which provides data support for fault diagnosis and prediction of mine-used equipment.
